We are not in Erindale itself. Our salon is at 102 Lakeshore Road East in Port Credit. From Dundas Street, the drive down is simple, and most of it runs along the Credit River valley.
About 15 minutes in normal traffic. Paid street parking and city lots are close by.

For brows, lip and chin we use a third, low-heat stripless wax. It can lift hairs as short as 1 mm.
From our chair
We will be honest: the first Brazilian waxing visit is the hardest. Most first-timers are nervous about two things, pain and feeling exposed. Here is what we have learned after many first visits.
The sting is real, but it lasts a second or two per strip. We work in small sections and press on the skin right after each pull, which takes the edge off. Hard wax helps a lot, since it holds the hair and not the skin. Most clients tell us the second visit feels much easier, because the hair comes back finer and fewer hairs grow in at once.
As for feeling exposed, you get a private room and we talk you through each step. You can ask us to pause at any time.

Why wax at all? It is a simple, natural hair removal method that pulls hair from the root. The American Academy of Dermatology says results can last a few weeks or longer.

No. We are in Port Credit at 102 Lakeshore Road East. It is about a 15-minute drive south from Erindale, down Mississauga Road.
We get it. Underarms are $22 and a bikini line is $30, and a wax lasts weeks, not days. Many people find that cheaper than buying razors and shave gel each month.
About 1/4 inch, the size of a grain of rice. That is about 2 to 3 weeks after shaving. Too short, and the wax cannot grab it.
Stop retinol and acid creams at least 7 days before. Wait at least one year after Accutane. Skip lotion and oil on the day, and do not book on sunburned skin.
It stings, you need some regrowth before each visit, and ingrown hairs can still happen. A gentle scrub a few days after your wax helps a lot.
