Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
if you DO NOT SHOW UP to you appointment time, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% of your total booking amount. THIS “NO-SHOW” FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE ***** YOU MUST cancel/reschedule your appointment AT-LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
Please understand that incase of EMERGENCY RESCHEDULING you will be only allowed to make changes ONE TIME to your appointment, please Respect our time and only Reschedule until you know for sure you will make it to your appointment, our policies are in place for a reason PLEASE RESPECT OUR POLICIES.
